Some of our refillable cartridges come with ARC (automatic reset chips) The chip is programmed to automatically reset when the cartridge signals ‘empty’ to the printer. Other types of refillable cartridges have a ‘one time chip’, which means when the ink level is low the cartridge stops working. You then simply pull the cartridge out, attach a new chip to it and then refill and put back into your printer for another cycle
