Different sizes of compatible flexible rubber wipers are designed for various Epson printheads.
Purpose of a Wiper Blade:
The wiper blade is positioned beside to the printhead and is designed to make contact with the nozzle surface. It sweeps across the printhead to remove excess ink, dust, or debris during cleaning cycles.
Clean the wiper blade whenever necessary throughout the printing process. Additionally, the wiper blade assembly should be removed and thoroughly cleaned once a week to keep it free of lint and debris.
Note:
- We mentioned the printhead model with those wiper blades as a reference, but it may not be compatible with your printer design. Please ensure accurate measurements before selecting the appropriate size
- The color is irrelevant to the wiper characteristics; all wipers are compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, DTG, DTF, sublimation, dye, UV and pigment inks
