anti - sublimation TPU DTF adhesive powder - white 1kg
Material: Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU)- White
Granulometry (particle size): 120 -250 µm (microns).
This premium DTF powder is formulated to provide excellent adhesion and helps reduce dye migration during the heat transfer process. It acts as a barrier, minimizing the risk of fabric dyes bleeding into your printed designs.
Important heating recommendations:
Anti-sublimation powder usually requires slightly longer curing time under lower heat compared to regular DTF powder
For shaker setups, we recommend lowering the front heater temperature (where the film passes after printing and before enter the shaker) On our setup, we use:
Front heater: approximately 35°C
Shaker heater: approximately 98°C
Medium speed
For desktop ovens, curing settings may vary depending on the oven type and heating performance, so you may need to estimate and adjust the temperature according to your oven’s available settings.
The settings we recommended is the best on any garment (cotton, polyester, Softshell jackets, Jerseys etc.)
Please note that results can vary depending on the equipment type or brand
WARNING: Use in a well-ventilated area. We strongly recommend using a fume extractor and wearing protective gear such as masks and gloves when handling printing materials.
anti - sublimation TPU DTF adhesive powder - white 1kg
This premium anti- sublimation TPU white powder has been formulated for optimal adhesion using quality PET film and ink. It is medium-fine powder, ideal for detailed prints. It provides rapid adhesion and a consistent finish to all areas of the film, including the very fine edges.
The best all-round quality powder is not too fine, nor too coarse.
Fine powder particles are very sensitive to moisture, tending to bind and causing slight irregularities in the finish, causing the print to be slightly thicker in some areas than its otherwise optimal silky finish.
Coarse powder that is too will be more difficult to get an even melted coating with and is especially tricky to get right for small details on the edges of your prints (like small text).
Please store the powder away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures (below 5 degrees Celsius and above 30 degrees Celsius)
