DTF black medium-fine powder 500g. Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU). Shake this onto your printed transfer, heat it up until it melts, then use a heat press to adhere the transfer to your T-shirt or other material. Black powder is ideal when working with dark colour fabrics and other materials (eg your T-shirt) to ensure optimised vividness and prevent any potential colour migration.
The curing time
- Small oven: Typically ranges between 95 to 105 degrees Celsius for around 2 minutes in small oven, though it may vary depending on the type of equipment/brand used.
- In a complete setup (printer and shaker), the curing duration is aligned with the machine's operating speed. Recommended temperature range is 105-115°C, suitable for both white and black powders.
- Heat press 130-132, 10sec
