Redback premium DTF PET film - hot peel. 100 sheets of A3 size in ziplocked moisture-controlled packaging is specifically designed for use with DTG Epson and Brother printers utilizing the DTF process. Frosted on one side or both sides.
Use PET film in an adequately ventilated, dry environment, with humidity between 45-60%. It should be resealed when you are not using it.
The pack includes a note indicating which side is suitable for printing.
Heat press temperature 130-135 °C, 8 sec the pressing temperature may vary depending on the type of equipment or brand utilized.
Note: DTF single and double side frosted PET films each have just one side specifically designed for printing.
Epson & Brother DTG printers film for DTF printing A3 single or double side
Double side frosted:
- plastic base film 75µm
- (base +coating) thickness: 85 - 90µm for optimal ink absorption
Single side frosted:
- plastic base film 75µm
- (base + coating) thickness 80 - 85µm for optimal ink absorption
It has been formulated for optimal absorption of DTF ink and will peel without problems, leaning stunningly vivid and durable DTF transfers.
Please ensure that your unused film is stored in its airtight (ziplocked) bag away from humidity as moisture can affect any good PET film's ink absorption and powder adherence. Do not store it in very cold (below 5 degrees) or hot environments (above 30 degrees) and store away from direct sunlight.
WARNING: Always work in a well-ventilated area and wear protective gear (masks, gloves) when handling DTF, DTG, UV, or other specialty printing materials. Fumes can be hazardous, so we highly recommend using a fume extractor and ensuring proper ventilation.
