There are three types of this model, and they are not interchangeable. It’s important to use the correct one for your ink.

Due to the product's characteristics and the risk of damage from improper handling or installation, we unfortunately cannot offer warranty coverage.
Important notice
 A technician should ideally install this product. Improper installation may damage the printhead or other printer parts. Only install it yourself if you’re confident in the process.
Useful note:
If you experience that no ink comes through after installing a new printhead, it may be because some printers don't have enough pressure to push air out of a new head. If available, use the "Load Ink" function to move ink through the lines and dampers, then run a head cleaning to pull ink through the printhead and clear out any air.
