this resetter is made of light durable plastic with an easy design to use, it is provided by a battery, this battery is un replacable. You need to buy a new resetter when the battery near it's expiery life.
This chip resetter can be returned to us within 10 days of purchase if the plastic packaging has not been opened and is undamaged. You will pay for postage and ensure it is packaged well so it is not damaged during shipping. If the packaged item has been damaged in getting to you, please do not accept it, or if it has been left by Australia Post or courier please contact them immediately and take photos, so that they can take responsibility. In this case, they will need to deliver it back to us and we will need to send you a new product.
For any issues besides damage during shipping, please contact us first to tell us the reason why you want to return it.
We ship for free for orders of $100 or more, Australia-wide. Shipping is $12.50 for orders under $100. There is a charge added for Express Post.
Items will be shipped by Australia Post the same day if you order it before 2.30pm Sydney time and if you live in a major city you should expect to get it withing 1-3 days, adding an extra day for regional locations.
