Epson/Mimaki/Roland/Brother compatible powerful printhead cleaning liquid

This premium DTF Epson Piezo Nano print head powerful cleaning liquid does not need to be diluted.

You can clean the print head manually or via the cleaning function in your printer or on your PC.

It is a good idea to check whether the nozzle needs to be cleaned. If it is operating well, you don't need to clean it. Cleaning it usually costs you around 10% - 20% of your ink for each colour nozzle.

Signs that your printer head is clogged include:

• your print is blurry, or
• the colours are faded or degraded (which is usually striping across the print), or
• you get blank pages despite having sufficient ink in the cartridges.

It is a good idea to clean your printer head thoroughly once a month - the most you use it, the greater the likelihood you will need to clean it. 

 

This cleaning solution can be returned to us within 10 days of purchase if the bottle has not been opened and is undamaged. You will pay for postage and ensure it is packaged well so it is not damaged during shipping. If the packaged item has been damaged in getting to you, please do not accept it, or if it has been left by Australia Post or courier please contact them immediately and take photos, so that they can take responsibility. In this case, they will need to deliver it back to us and we will need to send you a new product.

For any issues besides damage during shipping, please contact us first to tell us the reason why you want to return it. This premium concentrated cleaning solution is specially formulated for DTF printers and should only be used for Epson print heads.

We ship for free for orders of $100 or more for greater Sydney, greater Melbourne, greater Brisbane (+ Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast) and greater Adelaide. Shipping is $10 for orders under $100. There is a small surcharge for shipping to other locations in Australia, to cover the courier surcharges.

Items will generally be shipped the same day and if you live in the cities above you should receive it within 2-3 days. There will usually be an additional day's shipping outside of these cities (and another day if you live in a remote area such as on a cattle station).
