This printhead mounting screw can be returned to us within 10 days of purchase if the plastic packaging has not been opened and is undamaged. You will pay for postage and ensure it is packaged well so it is not damaged during shipping. If the packaged item has been damaged in getting to you, please do not accept it, or if it has been left by Australia Post or courier please contact them immediately and take photos, so that they can take responsibility. In this case, they will need to deliver it back to us and we will need to send you a new product.

For any issues besides damage during shipping, please contact us first to tell us the reason why you want to return it. 

We ship for free for orders of $100. For orders less than this, it's $12.50. Items will generally be shipped the same day and if you live in the cities above you should receive it within 2-3 days. There will usually be an additional day's shipping outside of these cities (and another day if you live in a remote area such as on a cattle station).
