Key Differences Between Peristaltic Pumps and Micro Diaphragm Pumps

• Peristaltic Pump: The fluid only contacts the inside of the tubing, making it ideal for handling sensitive, corrosive, or viscous liquids.
• Micro Diaphragm Pump: The fluid comes into contact with the pump's internal components, suitable for precise and controlled liquid transfer.

This ink pump can be returned within 10 days of purchase if the packaging has not been opened and is undamaged. You will pay for postage and ensure it is packaged well so it is not damaged during shipping. If the packaged item has been damaged in getting to you, please do not accept it, or if it has been left by Australia Post or courier please contact them immediately and take photos, so that they can take responsibility. In this case, they will need to deliver it back to us and we will need to send you a new product.

For any issues besides damage during shipping, please contact us first to tell us the reason why you want to return it. 

We ship for free for orders of $100. For orders less than this, it's $12.50. Items will generally be shipped the same day and if you live in the cities above you should receive it within 2-3 days. There will usually be an additional day's shipping outside of these cities (and another day if you live in a remote area such as on a cattle station).
