End-of-Day Printer Routine

  • Run a final cleaning cycle.

  • Access the capping station and add 2 drops of printhead moisturiser to keep the printheads and capping station hydrated and prevent ink from drying.

Start-of-Day Printer Routine

  • Turn on the printer and run a cleaning cycle (ideally the weak cleaning option) twice.

  • Perform a nozzle check.

  • Print a test page to remove any remaining cleaning solution or ink residue.

  • Run another nozzle check. If all lines appear correctly, you’re ready to start printing; if not, repeat the cleaning process.

Note:

Always ensure the printhead is completely dry after manual cleaning before reinstalling it in the printer
